Emiko Noguchi

Emiko Noguchi (Noguchi Emiko, 野口 笑子) is a female third-grade character from the Japanese manga and anime series 'Chibi Maruko Chan'.

Appearance

Noguchi has straight neck-length black hair, small eyes and small lips. In addition to her consistent posture of lowering her head down, these features make her appear smaller than most of her classmates.

She wears a plain lilac long-sleeve shirt, a purple plaited skirt, white socks and pink shoes.

Personality

Noguchi possesses a dark character; she is often quiet, and in a sort of 'dark' mood compared to almost everyone else in her class. She is commonly seen talking with her back to others and head down, giving off a 'secretive' aura.

She is rather sarcastic and silently critical of the things that she overhears other characters say, always talking with a deep but soft voice tone -similar to a whisper- followed by her characteristic laugh ('ku ku ku'), earning awkward emtions from those in her vicinity.

Hobbies & Talents

Noguchi is interested in anything funny that makes her laugh, which is inclusive of some of the actions or statements of other characters. She is also very fond of comedians and stand-up artists, and is known for possessing a collection of autographs from some of these celebrities.
