Saburo Matsuoka (松岡 三郎, Matsuoka Saburou) is a character from the Japanese manga and anime series Chibi Maruko Chan.
He is the owner of the Mimatsuya general store in Maruko's town. He is usually referred to as Mimatsuya no Oyaji (みまつやのオヤジ, Mister Mimatsuya).
